1, To get her, u need to have collected 90 DCMs to get the plug in and then the receipt is

Throne (level 71) + Valkyrie (level 36) + Sati (level 55) = Athena (level 76)

2, I can help u make it but you need to decide which demon u are going to use as the main skill carrier.
